Keep each site's own content and permissions in WordPress.
Brand the admin and login screens. Arrange navigation, add dashboard guidance and choose which toolbar items belong in the daily workflow. Preview changes before saving. Hidden menu items remain available to people who have WordPress permission.
Export a configuration profile and preview its changes before applying it to another site. Profiles carry settings, not personal preferences or wp-config.php values. Re-select images in the destination media library.
Set role defaults for how the workspace appears to different people. On multisite, use network defaults and locks. Technical teams can optionally review signed Git-based Fleet changes before applying them.
An administrator can return to native appearance or enter safe mode. From paid version 1.1.0, Appearance stays available if a license lapses; paid policies resume when the license is renewed.
Use compact spacing and environment cues while preparing the site. Keep recovery close by if a customization needs to be paused.
Show the client's name and logo, keep the most useful navigation visible, and place short instructions on the dashboard. The client can still choose a personal appearance.
Admin Lab does not change WordPress capabilities or provide a hosted control panel. Git-based synchronization is optional and requires repository, signature and credential setup.

The 10-site allowance is $99/year for up to ten production WordPress sites. Three individual $39 licenses total $117/year. At ten sites, the allowance averages $9.90 per site per year.
Recognized development and staging sites do not use production slots. Ask support about custom staging hostnames. Both paid allowances include the same features.
