Admin Lab Terms

wisegear, LLC is the product vendor and supports wisegear Admin Lab. Freemius is the online reseller and merchant of record. Freemius handles checkout, payment, taxes, invoices and the hosted customer portal. Its End User License Agreement also applies to the purchase. Your checkout shows the amount due, applicable tax and renewal terms before payment.

Admin Lab's plugin code is licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later. You retain the rights that license grants for the code. The paid annual subscription provides updates, product support and access to license-activated features for the purchased site allowance. The subscription terms do not take away GPL rights in a copy of the code.

The one-site offer allows activation on one production WordPress site; the ten-site offer allows up to ten. A licensed multisite subsite counts as one site, as does a licensed main site. The network admin screen adds no slot. Recognized development and staging copies do not consume a production slot. A custom staging hostname may need an exception from support. The editable Environment badge does not change a site's licensing classification.

Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless you cancel future renewal in the Freemius customer portal. Cancellation of future renewal does not itself refund a prior payment. Your subscription remains active through its paid term.

In paid version 1.1.0 and later, paid features continue for 14 days after a license expires, then pause until renewal. Appearance, personal comfort preferences and recovery remain available without an active paid license. Saved paid settings remain accessible. When paid network or Fleet settings managed a site's Appearance, the last saved site Appearance becomes an editable local fallback. Renewal resumes the paid policies and retains lapse-period edits for review. A refund or explicit license revocation pauses paid features at once, with no grace period. Earlier paid versions may pause all customizations when a license lapses.

Use the customer account to manage billing and licenses. Uninstalling the plugin does not cancel a subscription or release a license activation by itself.

If an issue makes Admin Lab unusable within 14 days of purchase and wisegear cannot resolve it, you can request a full refund by emailing support@wisegear.com. Missing features, third-party conflicts and a change of mind are not covered by this technical-issue refund policy. This is the Freemius Strict policy for Admin Lab. Any rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit remain available.

Paid product support covers installation, licensing, billing and defects in Admin Lab during the subscription term. The free edition includes no paid support commitment. Support does not include custom WordPress implementation or emergency response. wisegear, LLC aims to respond to paid product-support requests within two business days. Send requests to support@wisegear.com. Please do not send license keys, passwords or payment details in a support message.

Use the licensing service, customer portal and support channels lawfully. Do not use them to access another customer's information or disrupt the service. This section does not restrict rights granted by GPL-3.0-or-later in the plugin code.

We work to keep Admin Lab reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every WordPress theme, plugin or custom setup. To the extent applicable law permits, wisegear, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Admin Lab. This does not limit liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
